My Approach

My Approach

To provide a space where you feel safe, valued and in control of your path. My approach is grounded in person-centred, trauma-informed practices, blending art and narrative therapy and feminist principles that put your voice at the heart of the work.

Together, we’ll explore your experiences, creating a space to foster self-compassion. I offer support as you find your rhythm to thrive in a way that feels true to you.

About

About

White Wolf is a solo practice, created after witnessing how traditional mental health services often (re)traumatise and pathologise those seeking support. I offer a compassionate space for women, young people, neurodiverse and LGBTIQ+ individuals to navigate trauma, personal growth or life’s challenges.

With a background in art therapy and trauma counselling, I specialise in working with those impacted by domestic, family, and sexual violence and mental illness. I also provide a welcoming space for NDIS participants and anyone seeking healing.

About Me (She/Her)

“I’m a counsellor and art therapist with a background in mental health and a passion for trauma-informed, client-centred practice, I create a safe space for those seeking healing and support.

My approach weaves together narrative therapy, feminist principles, and art-based techniques to help you reclaim your story, honour your experiences, and connect with your strengths. I believe that healing is rooted in connection, self-compassion, and empowerment. Outside my practice, I unwind in nature, practice meditation, and cultivate self-compassion—tools I value personally and share with clients to support holistic well-being on their journey toward a life that feels authentic and whole.”
