I’m a counsellor and art therapist with a background in mental health, passionate about creating a safe, trauma-informed space. I use narrative therapy, feminist and art-based principles to help reclaim your story and power.

With boutique therapy, the focus is on you and your unique needs and experiences. Unlike traditional therapy, it is more personalised, meaningful and impactful; you’re not one of many “clients”. Its focus is on authentic relationships, not just clinical methods, and the impacts of societal influences are discussed and factored in during the session.
